When you get Invisalign at a standalone orthodontic office, tooth movement is the only focus. At Kairos Dental Group, Dr. Kim monitors your gum health, bite function, and overall dental health throughout the entire course of treatment — not just the position of your teeth.
That means if a cavity develops mid-treatment, or gum issues emerge as spacing changes, it is caught and addressed immediately — not discovered after your aligners are finished.

Common Questions
Most patients notice mild pressure for the first day or two after switching to a new tray. That pressure is the aligner moving your teeth — it is not painful for the large majority of people. Over-the-counter pain relievers handle it easily if needed.
20 to 22 hours per day. Remove them only for eating, drinking anything except water, and brushing. Wearing them less than that slows treatment and can cause the next tray to not fit correctly.
No. Coffee stains the aligner material quickly and traps the liquid against your teeth — a combination that accelerates tooth staining and increases cavity risk. Remove trays before any drink other than plain water, rinse your mouth before putting them back in.
A retainer. Teeth naturally want to drift back toward their original position, so a retainer holds your results. Immediately after active treatment you will wear it full-time for a short period, then typically nighttime only for the long term.
Yes. Invisalign treatment is available at both our Anaheim office (Mon/Wed/Fri, Sat mornings) and our Koreatown Los Angeles office (Tue/Thu, Sat mornings). You can start at either location and transfer between them if your schedule changes.
